Placeholder Special General Meeting – NZSUG Constitution Adoption

Special General Meeting (SGM) – New Zealand SAP User Group (NZSUG)

Purpose of the meeting:
Members will be asked to consider and vote on a Special Resolution to adopt the updated NZSUG Constitution and approve the Society’s application for reregistration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

The proposed Constitution and a summary of the key changes are attached for Member's review.

Voting Requirement:
This Special Resolution requires approval by at least 75% of members present and voting.

Please be advised that a Google Meet invitation will be sent to all registered invitees prior to the scheduled event. Members are encouraged to join a few minutes early to ensure quorum and allow the meeting to start on time.
