  • An SAP Accredited Partner, An Independent Consultancy Company or an Individual who pays $400 to attend this event.
  • Individual who is an employee of an Organisation with a minimum of one SAP module installed.
  • SAP, An SAP Accredited Partner or An Independent Consultancy Company and employees of these organisations that has paid the full annual subscription fee of NZ$1000 per organisation.

The NZ SAP User Group Hamilton event is back for 2025! Join your peers in the SAP eco-system at Wintec, Bill Gallagher Centre on Friday 30th May 2025 to share ideas and experiences.  Learn from innovators and industry leaders via presentations that run throughout the day. Please register early to enable us to organise numbers for catering etc.

Combine your time in Hamilton with a SAP hosted event the afternoon prior on Thurs 29th “Connecting Demand with Supply for Planning Excellence Workshop”.  Note - This is held at a different venue (Deloitte's Centre) and you will receive a separate invite to register for the SAP eventd hope to have a great turn-out for both events.
