Creating a Digitally Adoptive Culture

Presenter: Pranav Birla, Presence of IT

How Presence of IT have redefined technology to become leaders in digital adoption.

Technology is inevitable, but the outcome is not. The last few years have seen huge changes across the HR technology landscape. At Presence of IT, we've taken a step back to look at the way technology was being adopted in organisations, and looked at new ways we could continue to support the change and transformation. The biggest issues we were seeing over and over again was the cost to provide change. Change services could not compete with the decreasing cost of technology, nor could the traditional methods compete with the speed. At the same time, we are also seeing people's expectations and behaviour with technology rapidly shift in response to this digital landscape that they are now faced in faced in both personal and professional circles. In order for us to remain competitive, introduce technology, without sacrificing adoption of users, we had to change some things. here's what we did.
