Simply better business with digital - Sapphire and Global SAP Hybris 2016 Update

Presented by Stuart Dickinson, CEO, UXC Oxygen

Stuart Dickinson, CEO UXC Oxygen, shares some insights from recent SAP showcase events about how SAP’s digital technologies lift operational achievement and deliver improved customer outcomes. Faced with the economic imperative to do more with less, the ability to adopt meaningful digital transformation is a challenge that strikes at the heart of all large customer-focused organisations doing business in the new millennium. The automation of manual based processes, adoption of mobile-capable solutions, and provision of real time data analysis are all fundamental to giving business users the tools, access and information they need to do their job as efficiently as possible. To achieve this, customers need long term partnerships with providers who have the expertise to help them extend, optimise and capitalise on their existing SAP investments. In this session Stuart will share his learnings and insights as to how SAP is helping solve these opportunities from recent showcase events at SAP Sapphire in Orlando and the global SAP Customer and Engagement conference in Munich. Deployed intelligently, new SAP technologies, such as SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Hybris, help organisations master digital – providing operational excellence and quality customer experience.

Housing New Zealand Corporation is implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management solution, which will be launched for the staff in July. HNZ were looking for eLearning functionality that can support, monitor or track individual's development progress without manual intervention. The system needed to cater for HNZ's internal workforce and the thousands of contracted individuals working on its properties each year. Contractors need to be informed of and adhere to Health and Safety regulations and HNZ needed "one source of truth" so that both employees and contractors could perform their jobs effectively. HNZ will share the journey they went on commencing the beginning of this year, relating both highlights and lowlights.
